In 2019, Visualwise contributed to the market repositioning of Ering, a Romanian luxury diamond jewelry brand. The previous website was built on a restrictive platform and had an outdated appearance. Our brand audit revealed the need for repositioning: while customers were highly satisfied with the products, the old identity created the impression of low-value goods, discouraging brand association.
The new brand communicates luxury and elegance in a simple, refined way, reflecting the craftsmanship of Ering’s in-house ateliers and aligning with contemporary business needs.
We provided consultancy to select the optimal technical solution and developed a custom, stable, and efficient e-commerce platform with advanced features, including a unique online configurator. The product catalog was successfully migrated from the old site without negatively affecting SEO.
The impact of the rebrand on consumers was overwhelmingly positive. Customers appreciated the new site structure and admired the visual identity, which was implemented consistently across the online environment, the showroom, and all collateral materials.

În 2019 am contribuit la repoziționarea pe piață a brandului Ering. Vechiul site funcționa pe o platformă limitativă și cu un aspect îmbătrânit. În urma auditului de brand am constatat nevoia de repoziționare întrucât vechea identitate era percepută ca fiind respingătoare iar clienții, deși achiziționau produsele de care erau foarte mulțumiți, evitau asocierea cu brandul care lăsa impresia unui produs ieftin.
Noul brand vorbește simplu dar într-o manieră rafinată și elegantă despre produsele de lux produse chiar în atelierele Ering și se adaptează noilor nevoi de business.
Am oferit consultanță în alegerea soluției tehnice optime și am dezvoltat o platformă personalizată stabilă și eficientă, cu funcționalități complexe inclusiv serviciul unic de configurator online. Am reușit să migrăm catalogul de produse de pe vechiul site evitând orice impact negativ asupra SEO.
