CONTEXT: The purpose of Inspecto is to provide people buying house the technical expertise to say if the building is well constructed. It is often a condition of their purchase agreement that they obtain a satisfactory builders report before they will buy the house. To make house purchasers aware of any construction defects that may exist in a house they are considering.

CHALLENGE: The client decided to go for a full brand, as their brand wasn’t visible at all. The name of the brand served as a basis for a new visual brand identity and style that was later applied in a variety of corporate communication materials. The brand emphasize basic values are expertise and accuracy. The company's keywords are fresh, intelligent, assuring, professional and prompt. Their main objective was to express this expertise with a strong, modern and simple corporate brand.

SOLUTION: Our brand proposal was thought out as a design that would express accuracy. The neutral personality of the typography and color palette answer harmoniously within the context in which they are presented. The brand geometry expresses inspiration from the basic house shape.
